1. What Famyunit is

Famyunit ("we", "us") provides private family spaces for weekly meetings, reflection questions, goal and accountability tracking, and sharing of quotes, pictures, and topics. Your family's space is isolated: only invited members of your family can see its content.

2. What we store, and why

To run your family's space we store the content you and your family create: names, email addresses, timezones, meeting schedules, questions and answers, commitments, goals, quotes, pictures, concerns, discussion topics, reviews, and records of the emails we send you. We use this data for one purpose only — running your family's space. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to profile you.

3. AI-generated questions

Your weekly questions are generated by an AI model using your family's mission, your recent answers, your commitments, and your goals. This content is sent to our AI provider solely to generate your questions and summaries, and is not used by us to train models.

4. Emails

By using Famyunit you consent to receiving the emails that make it work: your questions being ready, meeting reminders, shares from your family, and account or subscription notices. These are transactional — we don't send marketing.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to share only content that is lawful and respectful, to only invite people who belong to your family circle, and to keep your password private. Children may use Famyunit within a family space with the knowledge and consent of their parent or guardian, who is responsible for their participation.

6. Your rights over your data

You can access and correct your own data in the app at any time. Your family admin can delete the family's entire space — including all members, answers, pictures, and archives — permanently, from the Admin page. You can also ask us to export or erase your personal data by emailing union@famyunit.com. Video calls are not recorded by Famyunit.

7. Subscriptions

If a subscription is required, it covers your whole family and is billed to the family admin through Stripe. Canceling ends the family's term at the end of the current billing period; every member is notified, and your data remains safe and available if the subscription is renewed.

8. The honest part

Famyunit is provided as-is, without warranties. We work hard to keep your family's space available and private, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these terms as the product grows; meaningful changes will be announced in the app. If you do not agree with the terms, do not use the service.
